LISTENING FOR ACADEMIC

Thursday is the third day we learn listening , first we open syam ok to fill in attendance list and after that there is a notification to switch to google meet , and after we google meet we continue to work on task in syam ok.There are differences the assigmants in the pervious semester, namely now we are doing assigmants in the form of qiuzzes,and i prefer the qiuz methid like this.Becauses with quizzes we can easily improve and ability to listen and speak english, and also capture conversation in english even though it's a big difficult. While doing the quiz,i had a little trouble listening to the audio. As usual a problem is still the same, namely the pronancation which is too fast and unclear for me. Maybe i don't know the words yet so it's a little difficult to hear them. We don't have to give up, but we have to keep practicing so that we get used to it. 

Accourding to the tittle i made,we must always be enthusiastic about going through our days,because every day there is not always a sense happiness, there must be an unpleasant taste too. and today i feel bad ,because i was late doing assignments on the website syam ok . I heard the audio too long so it made my time run out and came out on my own.  Fourtunatly my lecturer gave me the opportunity to do what had not been completed earlier. and at that moment I immediataly started working because I didn't want to waste the opprtunity. From this experience, I take a lesson, that we must always be on time in doing whatever it is. so that our time is not missed. and today I feel good again because i am back in the spirit and it must be like that so that our days are good. Maybe that's it for today.

I don't feel that now I have entered the second semester, lectures started on February 10 yesterday and are still online based now, even so I have to be enthusiastic about taking this course. Previously the lecturer had notified you to access the syam ok application. when the listening lesson started, I accessed the syam ok application to fill in the attendance list, then next I opened the zoom application because the lecturer would discuss the lecture contract in the listening course. after that we are given an assignment in syam ok in audio form with a duration of three minutes where there are conversations about different topics. our job is to listen and then summarize what is in the conversation. when doing the task is a bit difficult, because the conversation in the audio sounded too smooth and needed to be repeated to get the right sentence. The hope is that this pandemic will end soon so we can meet friends. stay healthy for all of us and always adhere to health protocols ya...
